As the 17th anniversary year of Technifax Office Solutions
comes to a close, so does fiscal year 2005 - the time of year
that we reflect back upon the past year's accomplishments, as
well as to look forward to the year ahead. Once again we can
look back on an eventful year filled with successes in which
we as an organization can take pride.
Technifax is a much different company today than it was 17
years ago. Our business has grown in size and shape and made
significant gains in industry standing, surpassing our $12
million revenue goal for the year. We have expanded our
facilities to add capacity; and our customer base has
increased to an all time high. We have continued to thrive as
we draw the attention of high-volume users of our product, and
believe that the demand will only increase as we set a pace to
offer a more regional presence. Growth is on the Technifax
agenda for the year ahead and beyond.
Our reputation as a leading North Texas dealer has been
enhanced this year. We continue to receive awards recognizing
industry excellence, through the delivery of consistent
high-quality services and the development of our people and
relationships. It was a most rewarding and satisfying
experience to see Technifax recognized by Kyocera as the #1
dealer in the Southwest Region this past year. This honor
drives home the fact that developing excellence in customer
satisfaction is something we make part of our own personal
responsibility every day. By keeping service uppermost in our
minds, it helps us sustain a loyal following and also helps us
attract customers away from our competition. Rest assured we
will remain committed to maintaining a reputation as one of
the most well-respected dealers in the region for years to
come.
2004-2005 has seen the addition new members to the
Technifax family, and as anticipated, a measure of this past
year's success is due to their new ideas, new determination
and plenty of enthusiasm on which we can count in the coming
years. The future we have visualized is arriving, due in no
small part to each and every one of our staff, and I would
like to take this opportunity to thank the entire Technifax
team for leading us to another terrific year. Your efforts to
make our company meet its goals have paid off in all the areas
that are vital to our well-being - above all professionalism
and integrity. I wish you all good fortune in both your
personal and professional lives and look forward to your
continued support as we build a company of which you can be
proud to be a part.
Looking ahead to 2005-2006, much remains to be done, much
to happen, new directions to take; but our determination to
offer the highest quality in products and services has never
been stronger, and I have no doubt we will meet all the
challenges ahead. To our loyal customers, we thank you for the
opportunity to represent your needs and for your continued
confidence. We pledge to continue emphasizing a
customer-centered approach in every facet of our business.
